ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ownership of onboarding new clients, to include gathering requirements from the clients and working with internal teams to solution and implement requirements
- Maintain client business rules within ERP system
- Reporting, including creation of manual reports and high-level client reporting
- Client communications, including emails, phone calls, meetings, etc.
- Issue resolution to include quality issues
- Client facing invoicing questions
- Monitoring of client inventory
- Monitoring of client recovery activity to include service level agreement prioritization with internal teams
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Ownership of client forecasts
- Collating standard operating procedures for those functions and adding to the integrated management system, including quarterly review and updates
- Continuous updates to the client relationship management tool regarding client discussions, opportunities, and contacts
